Our Commitment
We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines help make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.

We strive to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 Level AA, which covers a wide range of recommendations for making web content more accessible.

We work toward compliance with Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act, which requires federal agencies to make their electronic information accessible.

We aim to meet the European standard for digital accessibility, which applies to ICT products and services.
ADA Compliance
We work to ensure our service is accessible in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements.
2. Accessibility Features
We have implemented the following accessibility features throughout Seaweed.ai:
Keyboard Navigation
- All interactive elements can be accessed using keyboard only
- Tab navigation follows a logical reading order
- Focus indicators are clearly visible on all interactive elements
- Skip links allow users to bypass repetitive navigation
- Keyboard shortcuts for common actions (where applicable)
Screen Reader Compatibility
- Semantic HTML structure for proper content hierarchy
- ARIA labels and landmarks for enhanced navigation
- Alternative text for all meaningful images
- Form labels and error messages are properly associated
- Dynamic content changes are announced to screen readers
Visual Design
- Color contrast ratios meet WCAG 2.1 AA requirements (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text)
- Information is not conveyed by color alone
- Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of functionality

4. Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, we are aware of some current limitations:
PDF Export
Generated PDF documents may have limited accessibility features. We recommend using the web view for screen reader users when possible. We are working on improving PDF accessibility.
Real-time AI Suggestions
AI-generated suggestions appear in real-time, which may be challenging for some screen reader users. We provide options to review suggestions at your own pace.
Complex Templates
Some resume template previews may not fully convey their visual design to screen reader users. We provide detailed text descriptions for all templates.
Third-Party Content
Content from third-party services (such as payment forms) may have varying levels of accessibility. We choose partners committed to accessibility but cannot guarantee their full compliance.
5. Ongoing Improvements
We are committed to continuously improving accessibility at Seaweed.ai:
